Transportation Data Exchange Initiative

The Transportation Data Exchange initiative is co-led by the University of Washington’s Taskar Center for Accessible Technology at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science. With academic collaboration with Bill Howe, and Gaussian Solutions supporting our technology team,  the initiative is a project sponsored by the ITS4US Deployment Program, to improve intelligent travel services, travel environments and  transportation data. We build open source data collection and vetting tools, transportation data digital infrastructure, and governance frameworks that enable seamless, efficient, public-private data sharing and interoperability.
